Rough Week but working on my goals

This week was a rough week at work but I have slowly gotten better with my weight loss goals.
I managed to lose 1.6 pounds the first week which is great.
I am slowly working on the water intake but it is not as easy
NO workouts yet but Iwork from my car and walk around alot so I am hoping that helps.

Hopefully this week I see better reslts due to a weight loss pill I am taking.

Getting real about my weight loss

I think the last year has been the hardest for keeping my weigh off.
Right now I currenly way 174. That number is so hard for me to write seeing how I got down to 136. So I have set some new goals

1. Lose 2 pounds a week
2.Drink 8 plus glasses of water
3 work out at least times a week for 30 minutes.

I am hoping by may 1o be down to 145. I know this can be done. Wish me luck

Where o where have we been!!!

So the last month has been very busy and hectic.

About the end of September Matt and I decided that we hated our apartment. We hated that our kids had to play on the balcony. Due to this we decided to look for a House. We knew it was going to be hard because we had just both just started jobs. Yet somehow we were approved for a mortgage. We knew that we wanted a 4 bedroom and a backyard. We spent all day in early October looking for a house.Needless to say the house that we liked was the last one we looked at and at the top of our budget. We put a offer in. After a week of debating with the builder we had a contract. WOO-HOO. Now we were just waiting on the VA to approve the home. Thankfully it only took us about 2 weeks to get our mortgage approved. We have been in the home a week and we adore it. We have boxes everywhere but our kids can go outside to play in a huge backyard and we don't have to walk up 3 flights of stirs.

Free 8X 10 from my best friend

You like FREEBIES?
I've got a freebie for you. Because I am starting a business. And I want publicity.

Yes, even in today's rough financial times and when everything is uncertain, I am following a passion and trying to use it to make a living. It is called LilyRose Photography. I will be doing event photography and on-site portraits, and locals in the Knoxville TN area can check me out here to find out photo package prices and things like that.

Non-local? That's okay, there's something for you too. You can click the above link, and check out the "Fine Art/Gifts" link, then go to the store and choose your print size. There is only shipping available at this time in the US, but anyone outside the US who is interested is welcome to contact me and we'll see what we can do. Another site is here, but it is not as in-depth and most likely will not be kept updated as well as the first one.

So check me out, and let me know what you think on your own blog. To qualify to win, you MUST link to both my sites in your blog post or article, you MUST link to this post, encouraging your readers to participate, and you MUST link to your post in the comments below so that I can find it. On November 14th, at 9:00 pm Eastern Standard Time I will number the comments left on this post, and a random number generator will choose the winner. What's the prize, you ask? An 8x10 print of your choice, from here. Good luck!

Big Week in Dallas

The last couple of weeks have been a busy few weeks.

Kylie started back to school. The first week was a getting her up and off. NOW when her dad drops he off atschool she flips out. We are hoping that it will get better in the coming weeks bu we shall see.Kylie has had some issues with her talking in class but she is chatty Cathy. We are working with her on her reading. I can't believe she can read. Man am I getting old.

Maddison also had a big week. After being out of daycare for 5-6 months we decided to put her back in even thought Matt did not have a job. She loves school. Yea. Hopefully she will love it foever. Also she turned 4. So hard to believe that my baby is 4. Seems like yesterday that she was a newborn. it goes so fast.

As for Matt we Finally heard from the Dallas Pd. HE GOT THE JOB. Thank you Jesus. Let me tell you waiting to hear has been nerve wracking as my income does not cover our daycare. He does not start until September 30t.

As for me work is going good. I love my job so far. I have also made a important decision about school. I was going to wait until January of 2011 to go back to school but after much debate I am going to go back next Fall. This reason is important because Hubby and I have agreed that once I am done with school we will start trying for out last baby.

Well there is our life in a nutshell.
