Checking IN

So I forget to post last week but I did get back up to 146.5 but this week I am down to 143.5 which is half a pound away from my montly goal of 143 which I will need to hit by Wednesday. I am hoping I will be able ot get down to 142.5 at least before wednesday that way I will only need to lose 7.5 in the month of april.

Week 2 Update

Well today is the second week that I have weighed in and I am now down to 145.5. While I was hoping to be down to 145 I am only half pound off and it has been a rough week aound here with me getting my teeth fixed and both girls being sick. I also started working out and I defintley think it has helped me.

Working out part 2

Well I managed to go and work out on Wednesday. After much motivation by y husband I walked/ran the golf course. I did not go workout yesterday for 2 reasons. 1)I slept in and 2) it was rainy. I did managed to go today and run on the treadmill for 30 minutes plus I did the stair stepper for 10 minutes. Yet I had pizza for dinner. Hopefully tomorrow will be a much better day.

Working Out

Well on Sunday I said that I would start working out again. I am so proud of myself because I have so far 3/3. I went Sunday night after dinner and walked 45 minutes. Last night I walked and ran 2.25 miles in 33 minutes. Tonight I walked and ran 2.25 miles in 30 minutes. Let me tell you though I was pushing myself but I did it. For me to run is a big deal because of my heart and the breathing problems but I probably ran more than I walked tonight.
I have also decided that it is time for me to take the time for myself regardless of what is going on at home. Even if it is 30 minutes that is 30 minutes I don't have to listen to the kids whine, cook, clean or deal with DH.

Tomorrow and Thursday will be my true challenger. Tomorrow I have to work from 7:30-3:30 with a hour travel time on both sides. Then on Thursday I am having dental surgery done And will be drugged up. I am hoping to get my workout in that morning. We shall see.

Weight Update

So today as been one week since starting my weight loss journey. Well it has been a rought week. After manging to get all the way down to 143 pounds I finlly bounced up to 147 . While I am not happy with only a 3 pound lost I am happy I lost some weight. I am going to trying walkign in the next few days to see if that helps me any.

So it has been a while since I have blogged about my weight. The number one reason is because my weight has been a Major struggle for me in the last 2 months. I am so stressed by everything that I am falling into my old pattern of eating when I was stressed. So as of today March 1st I am back on track to lose 15 pounds. I am weighing 150 pounds right now and I am not happy with it at l. So my Goal by May 1st is to be down to 135 pounds. I will keep you updated as I restart my weight loss journey.
