Weight Loss Update

So as I mentioned yesterday I met with my trainer and she decided that she was going to do by body weight measurments and check my body fat. I was not too happy with body fat becasue it was only 1 percent however the measurements were off the wall in losing

I dont know all the before measurmnest but I know how much was lost off of each area.

Left/Right bicep- 1 inch- This is awesome becasue I never lose in my arms.

Chest- 1 Inch- again another place hard for me to lose

Waist- 5 inches

Hips- before 60 inches (not the best number) after 48 inches = 12 inches lost in like 2 weeks on my hips.

I am hoping to keep at it and see the scale go down and my clothes fit better.

Weight Loss Update

Wow as I mentioned in the last post my life has been super crazy and while I was hopeful it would calm down some it has not because I now have school stuff to deal with. Including a 10 page paper. However I have not given up on my weight loss goal. I have been going to the gym everyday except Sunday and I go for at least 2 hours if not more. I also am seeing a trainer twice a week. I definitely am seeing a loss in my clothes because my work out clothes are starting to get bigger. However I am not seeing as much as a weight loss as I hoped however I am happy to report that I am now down to 191.1 which is 5.4 lbs of weight loss. I am hoping in the month of March I get down the 10 pounds I need and want but I will be out of town next week so it may not be as easy.

My trainer is supposed to check my body fat tonight.

First Week

So this past week has definitely been trying but I have to say it has been better than I thought it would be. The hardest part is when my kids go to their dads. This past week they went over there on Monday and after they went to school I ran a few errands and then went to the gym for several hours. Tuesday was probably the hardest day since it was Valentine day but I worked and then I went to the gym again for several hours. Wednesday was good because I had work and school. Thursday was alot better since I got my kids back and then Friday struck. What an awful day. I took my kids to school, and then came home to get ready for work. Then I was attempting to drive to my visit and my car freaking broke down. Well of course I had to have it towed because it would go no where. Come to find out it was my transmission. I am waiting on my final cost but praying not to bad. I did have to get a rental. Otherwise this week has been pretty good. I have had some rough patches but I have been working thru it with my BFF and my therapist. I have also come to accept that while my marriage is done I do have to work with him for my kids sake. I will also have to come to accept the fact that he will be getting married soon. While it was not easy to see that he could move on so fast I have come to realize that I will not move that fast because I do enjoy having my life as my own. This next book in my life will be great and I will come out stronger and better because of it.

Moving Day

Day was it, I moved out of my house into my own apartment. While I wish it was not ending I know that God has a plan for me. I have to say the hardest part for me was not actually leaving the house but was leaving the dog who I can barely stand. I know weird what we get emotional over. I did hire people to move me and they had me completely in the apartment by 11am. I started unpacking 1:30 and as of right now the apartment is almost put together expect for the girls room and I have not put up my books(200)however I do have the next 3 days to do that.

I am thankful for the support I do have during this hard time and even though the majority of my family and Friends are not here I want to thank them for all the love and support they have given me from apart.

Gym

So as I mentioned in my previous post I was going to start working out by going back to the gym. Well yesterday after work I went to 24 hour fitness and not only signed up for a gym membership I also went ahead and signed up for 10 sessions of personal training. I will be going to the gym 6 days a week and need to work out for at least an hour. Tonight I worked with the trainer for an hour and let me tell you I am sore and I am sure I will be feeling it. Tomorrow I get my keys to the apartment so I plan on getting my keys and will move a few boxes to the apartmet and then will go to the gym for a Zumba class. The goal for the next month I will be working out with the trainer twice a week and then going to a class every night or working out at the gym. The weight loss goalset by my trainer is 5-6 pounds. I am not going to lie I hope to lose about 10 pounds. We shall see though,

This is it!!!

This week will probably be one of the hardest for my kids and myslef because we will be moving from the house I share with my ex to an apartment. While I am looking forward to it because I get to find out who I am and what I want. However this is going to be so hard on my kids as they get use to not seeing their dad daily. However we have made it as easy as possible so that the girls can see their dad daily.

Some other things that I will be working on getting my weight loss back in check. I am planning on getting a gym mmebership and will hopefully work out 5 times a week for at least an hour. I also plan on doing zumba once a week, I would love to do more however that may not be possible with my schedule and the girls. We shall see. I am also going to be doing weight watchers online. My goal for right now is to lose roughly 50 pounds. I plan to spend the next week getting everything set up in my new life and then start working on my diet and excerise. The good thing is that I know I can do it because I have done it before.

Ready for the next chapter of my life.
