Plain water has always been hard for me to drink but I ahve found that adding crystal light flavors and green tea to the water makes me like it better. IT ONLY HAS 5 caloires per serving and is great. I have now benn drinking 8 glasses a day.

Awesome! Keep up the good work, but don't let it get over 12 glasses, because it's dangerous. You can die from too much water, so keep it between 8 and 12 and your hydrated well, but still safe. Love you, sis!!
