Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
1 lb chicken tenders cut into bite size pieces
1 box of Uncle Ben’s wild rice, prepared per box
instructions
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
6 cups water
3 chicken bouillons
In a large pot combine the water and bouillon aad bring to a
boil, reduce heat, add chicken, celery, and carrots and let simmer about an
hour on low heat. Meanwhile prepare the rice as directed and when completed add
to the pot and let simmer an additional 10 minutes, serve and enjoy.
8 servings=1 cup= 3 pts
