stupid diet

So yesterday was a bad diet day which has lead me to gain a pound back. I am not really worried about that. I am more worried that the doctor will tell me I can't work out and that is goign to suck bad. Knowing me thought I will still go out there and workout but just not as hard.

Well, the pound regained gives me a minor shot I guess. Wish you weren't hurt though, that could be bad. You don't think it's broken do you? Maybe you could try some kind of workout that doesn't require a lot of pressure on the ankle ... my pilates workout is a floor routine where I spend most of it on my back. Maybe you could look into something like that?
