Lots of Walking

So today I did 2.14 miles walkigna nd 3.4 miles on the bike. I had to hit teh gym because of rain but it worked. I managed to burn 850 caliores today most of them on the bike. I also did 15 minutes walkign and 15 minutes of running. I did each in 5 minute intervals but I feel so much better. Excersie is my stress reliver.

Got it from the local Freecycle group. I'm telling you girl, sign on and check that stuff, you can find a treasure here and there. How are things ... no blog lately. Just busy?
