So for the last few months I have been debating gettign a personal trainer. Well I did get one and today was my first day working out with her. The trainer did do a fit test with me today. I had to do a 3 minute step up progrm to see how my heart was after resting. Then I did pushups which I did 19 of and had to do situps and I only 7 of those. She did work me out a litle bit and she kicked my butt. It felt good. I am so excited to see what happens.
