Life Change

So after many months and weeks of trying to lose weight, I have decided to start doing weight watchers. However this will not be easy as I am dealing with a  very hectic schedule. I am now working 6 days a week, going to school 3 days a week. Plus I will still have my kids and research papers.  And in other news I am getting remarried. Yes I was able to find someone who loves me for me. However due to a unhappy marriage I have managed to put back on almost a 100 pounds.

So my plan is to follow weigth watchers.  I know that it will not be easy but it will be worth it.

I plan on updating every Sunday night with my weight loss.
