Scale

So I had this scale but it finally gave up the ghost this morning so I went out and bought a new scale. The one I bought has the fun stuff but it cost me 34.99. Why does it cost so much to get healthy?

I have no clue, but I have thought of that too. Why coes it cost more money to prepare fresh grilled fish, corn on the cob, and fresh green beans, broccoli, or baked potato ... when it only costs a few dollars for a boxed dinner that fills the tummies? No wonder our country is fat, our priorities are all wrong ... from our politics to our child-raising to our jobs to our families ... to our eating habits. Maybe other countries are thinner because they don't have to sell their kids to be able to eat a decent healthy meal.

True. I ahve to eat the weight watchers meals and they are around 2 dollars but I am going to keep eating them because they have helped. Yeah I try not to fix things out of boxes because of the salt content.

Yeah, I used to use them a lot, just because they are not just cheaper. They are easier and faster too. But lately, I am prefering making real stuff, and finding that if you are really careful about how you do it, they aren't that bad for cost either. I like it better now.
