So on fort puke we have several walking trails and one that I walk alot is 2.25 miles. I used to be real good about walking everyday when DH was depolyed, yet since he got back it has been a sturggle. So now that I am done with school and waiting to move I have decided to walk this golf course everyday but sunday. Where is the challenge you ask. Well there is one trail that is four miles. On May 30 at 6 in the morning I am going to walk this trail there and back for a total of 8 miles. I am hoping to do it in no more than 6 hours. Hopefully I will be done in 5 but you never know.
Until then my plan is to keep walking the golf course and start lifting weights at least 3 times a week.

Well, you'll definitely have to let me know how that works out, and BTW ... Don't worry. Look back at all that you've been through in your life, dude. You can totally do this.
